The Cultural Heritage Sites Government Institutions in India: Promotion and Preservation of Culture

Abstract

The World Heritage Committee, constituted by the UNESCO under the provision of the International Convention for Protection of World Cultural and Natural Heritage, has inscribed 28 sites from India-23 cultural sites and five natural sites in the World Heritage List.
