Abstract

The strategies for personalised learning, resources, and implementation techniques tailored to various learner types are the main topics of this study. Understanding how to successfully modify learning experiences has become more of the norm rather than the exception as individualised approaches gain prominence in educational institutions. Technology integration, data-driven decision-making, and culturally relevant teaching are some of the key tactics highlighted in this paper's elaboration and disclosure of current knowledge regarding personalised learning. This demonstrates that the degree of access to personal resources, which is a crucial component of what educators do to enable such experiences, is egalitarian. It also highlights some shortcomings in current practice as well as areas that require further study, such as the long-term effects of personalisation, whether or not socioeconomic factors affect personalisation, and the need for new assessment techniques. By addressing the different aspects covered in this paper, education will become more comprehensive and each student will be empowered to increase their motivation and involvement, which will improve academic results.
