Abstract

The systems of nutrition care have undergone radical transformation, changing the manual-based systems into the sophisticated digital and data-based ones. The previous models used to be highly dependent on handwritten records of the diet, subjective memory of the patients and team-only nutrition decisions, which tended to lack consistency and follow-up.
