The purpose of this paper is to present the findings of an action research project that was carried out with the goal of establishing a link between Business correspondence and efficient communication. This paper tackles the challenge of recognizing organizational correspondence within these frameworks and makes a successful attempt to demonstrate the link between business communication and correspondence.
